At Salon Era, we’re committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining clear policies that benefit both our clients and our Vancouver team. Please review our policies below to ensure a smooth salon experience.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Changes & Cancellations

Clients may change or cancel appointments free of charge when provided 24 hours advance notice.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointments may be cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late, as this doesn’t allow sufficient time to deliver quality service.

Deposit Requirements

  • Regular clients: One complimentary late cancellation or no-show forgiveness
  • New clients: Deposits required after first late cancellation or no-show
  • Refund policy: Deposits refundable with 24+ hours notice, non-refundable otherwise

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • • Complimentary re-trim or redo within two weeks of original service
  • • Must maintain original consultation concept
  • • Service changes after consultation incur additional charges
  • • All services and products are final sale – no refunds

Product Price Matching Policy

We Match Canadian Retailer Prices!

Salon Era proudly offers price matching on our in-salon product brands with qualifying Canadian retailers.

Qualifying Items

Products must be:

  • • Identical in size, model, quantity, brand, and colour
  • • Currently in stock at the competitor’s website
  • • Sold by Canadian retailers in Canadian currency

Exclusions

We do not match:

  • • International retailers or non-Canadian currency
  • • Third-party sellers or individual social media sellers
  • • Auction prices or membership-required pricing
  • • Bundle offers, rebates, or mail-in promotions
  • • Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
