Service Policy

  • Guest is free to change/cancel the appointment 24hours prior to the appointment.
  • If the guest being more than 15mins late, the appointment may cancel due to not enough time to perform a good service.
  • If a guest has more than 2 times or more of no show, or less than 24 hours change, cancel. We may ask for a deposit for any future service to secure their schedule service.
  • The deposit can be refundable if any change/cancel makes more than 24hours prior. For change/cancel that less than 24hours, no refund will be given.
  • If there is unsatisfaction with the service, our stylist is more than happy to re-trim or redo within two weeks from the original service time at free of charge. (must be with the original idea)
  • If a guest changes their idea after consultation/service and wants a new service, new service prices will be added and count as the second service.
  • No refund for any service and products.
  • Salon Era has the right to interpret the above rights.

Product / Price Match Policy

  • We proudly do product price match with our in Salon brands.
  • The item must be identical, (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, colour)
  • The item must be in-stock at the online retailer’s website.
  • Do not match the retailer outside of Canada. Or not in Canadian currency.
  • Do not match with the third-party seller, individual seller, like on social media platform….
  • Do not match auctions prices or those requiring memberships
  • Do not match bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers
  • Do not match items that other retailers have listed as clearance, closeout
